Zaheer is the main antagonist of Avatar - The Legend of Korra Book 3: Change. He is a major player in the second Cartoon Villains War and in the third Villains Battles.
Cartoon Villains War - Part Two[]
In Jail[]
Meanwhile, at a Cobra prison, various criminals and threats to Skeletor’s empire are locked away. The prison’s administrator, Megatron, places the ghost Walker as the new warden, hoping to maximize efficiency. Little do any of them know that three mysterious figures have the prison in their sights. The three Homunculi, Lust, Gluttony and Envy, infiltrate Cobra’s prison, seeking to free a certain inmate. Walker and the prison guards rally to fight off the intruders, but will they be able to maintain control once the Homunculi free a few of the other prisoners?
Vs The Huntsman[]
Working to hunt down the various escaped criminals, the Huntsman tracks down Zaheer, hoping to put him back behind bars. Will Zaheer’s airbending be enough to fight off the best of the Huntsclan?
Being welcomed into the Brotherhood of Mutants[]
Zaheer arrives in the Labyrinth, seeking refuge with Magneto and the Brotherhood. Recognizing that they have a common enemy, Magneto accepts Zaheer as an ally.

Trying to steal from The Air Nation[]
Zaheer turned out to escape from the prison, as he was trying to steal some secret scrolls. However, Kya saw him and attempts to attack him. Angered, Zaheer clashed with Kya.
Vs Lady Tremaine[]
After Zaheer managed to kill Kya, he fleed from the temple and heads to his lair. However, near him, Lady Tremaine and her daughters were testing a wand found by them. Lady Tremaine managed to create a powerfull blast to knock Zaheer down. Impressed, Lady Tremaine decided to take Zaheer as her first prisoner. However, Zaheer managed to get his staff, so he created a powerful blast that managed to knock Drizella and Anastasia down. Angered, Lady Tremaine used the wand most powerfull spell to knock Zaheer down. After the fight, Zaheer was put into an abandoned cell created by Tremaine.
Lady Tremaine decided to visit the last airbender that was captured by the witch recently. However, Zaheer expected her to come as he reveals to Tremaine his plans. Not impressed, Lady Tremaine told Zaheer that he will rot in prison. However, she is shocked seeing Zaheer using bending to break his cell, so she prepared her wand to defeat Zaheer once again. Zaheer managed to dodge all of Tremaine attacks and managed to get far far away from Tremaine. Angered, Tremaine vows her revenge on the airbender.
Joining The Fire Nation[]
After escaping from Lady Tremaine,Zaheer is visited by Ozai who asks him to join The Fire Nation and get his revenge on Lady Tremaine. Zaheer accepts due to knowing Ozai's true intentions. However, Zaheer might change his mind after a visit from Father.Father arrives on The Fire Nation and reveals his reasons of coming here and those being to destroy Maleficent and Chernabog. However, they were spied by Zaheer who might want to leave the faction after hearing this plan.
Despite what he saw, Zaheer wanted to make Ozai think that he is a capable member, so that he would suspect nothing. Zaheer hired the mercenary Combustion Man to kill a potential threat for the firelord.

Witnessing the Fall of his Kingdom[]
He first appear in the war, witnessing the destruction of the Air Region being destroyed by Amon and his Equalist.
Joining the Fire Nation[]
Seeking shelter, the Last Airbender: Zaheer, travels to the Fire Nation, offering his services for their assistance. The Fire Lord doesn't accept other benders however, but Zaheer has a new plan, forming a smaller organization seeking unity, just like the Avatar from long ago, and just like his brother Iroh had plans for from long past. Ozai agrees to this deal, albeit should he get some things first.
Invading the Earth Kingdom and Meeting a Powerful Ally[]
Earth Kingdom Council Member Dio Brando has returned from his presumed death, to bring about a new age of Earthbending. This idea does not please Earth King Feng nor Queen Hou-Ting, and is attacked by the Dai Li police force. Dio is not one to be underestimated however, nor is someone watching and waiting for the perfect time to strike.
Forming the Order of the White Lotus[]
Zaheer alongside a recent rebel of the Earth Kingdom, return just in time for a Fire Nation meeting with the royal family, to discuss the plan to overthrow and rule over the war fairing nation. Returning from a brief travel across the Fire Nation, Ozai presents Zaheer with three new White Lotus members for his success: The Combustion Bender P'Li, and two Benders of an unknown element dubbed Madara Uchiha and Sosuke Aizen.
Seeking New Benders[]
Within the White Lotus base, Madara receives a vision of the future that could threaten the Fire Nation's conquest of the remaining elemental nations, with the Ex-Fire Princess drilling into the Earth Kingdom and taking it over before any loyal Firebenders arrive. While the other members are quick to stop her, Zaheer orders most of them to try and collect more allies and strengthen their numbers even more, while only one shall stop their former kingdom from being conquered.
