Yaxley is a Death Eater and a servant of Lord Voldemort. He is a minor player in the second Disney Vs Non Disney Villains War and a minor villain in the Harry Potter franchise.

Yaxley is observing proceedings at the Ministry of Magic, now controlled by Voldemort, and notices Maxim Horvath seeking the Ministry's assistance in bringing down Bavmorda. When Dolores Umbridge denies his request, Horvath attacks, disarming both Umbridge and Yaxley in quick succession. Yaxley, however, gets up, finds his wand, and tracks Horvath down. Finding him in a packed room, he knocks the Morganian into a pillar. Horvath, not wanting to kill Yaxley, merely distracts him with several flying posters. The Morganian gets away. When Yaxley reports this escape to Voldemort, the Dark Lord is unconcerned.
