Yaxley is observing proceedings at the Ministry of Magic, now controlled by Voldemort, and notices [[Maxim Horvath]] seeking the Ministry's assistance in bringing down [[Bavmorda]]. When [[Dolores Umbridge]] denies his request, Horvath attacks, disarming both Umbridge and Yaxley in quick succession. Yaxley, however, gets up, finds his wand, and tracks Horvath down. Finding him in a packed room, he knocks the Morganian into a pillar. Horvath, not wanting to kill Yaxley, merely distracts him with several flying posters. The Morganian gets away. When Yaxley reports this escape to Voldemort, the Dark Lord is unconcerned. |
