Dr. Wily's Robo Masters are a group of robot masters originally built by Dr. Light, but were stolen by Dr. Wily, who turned them into his minions, who are meant to help him take over the world. Megaman however can fight against the Masters, as well as take their powers. Dr. Wily's Robot Masters have made appearances in several different villain tournaments.
