Willem Viceroy
Willem Viceroy is a secondary antagonist of the Disney XD's television series Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja. A mad scienist and self-proclaimed genius, he appears as the primary assistant of Hannibal McFist and the McFist Industries, usually orchestrating the events that provoke the heroic Randy Cunningham to confront them. He is also known for builting bizzare robots, which he mainly used to fight Randy and his friends. He appears as a bit player in the villain wars, usually assisting McFist in his battles against his adversaries.
