Wiggins is the right hand of Governor John Ratcliffe and a tertiary character in the Disney's animated film, Pocahontas. Though, not being a villain of sorts, Wiggins is the blinded devoted henchman of the governor, following him, wherever he goes. He assists his boss in the various villains tournaments, wherever Ratcilffe is involved in them.
