Wiggins is the main manservant of Governor John Ratcliffe, and a supporting character in Disney's animated film Pocahontas. Though not being a villain of sorts, Wiggins is the faithful henchman of the governor. He assists his master in the villains tournaments wherever Ratcilffe is involved in role.
