Wallace is one of the main protagonists of Wallace & Gromit franchise. He is a bumbling inventor who often likes building gadgets and contraptions, which often end up malfunctioning, and his dog Gromit has to fix the destruction of his master, or save him from whatever trouble he has ended up.
