Vicious is the main antagonist of the anime series Cowboy Bebop.
He is an ambitious, high-level enforcer for the Red Dragon Crime Syndicate on Mars, and is often referred to as a venomous snake. He has a long, very complicated history with protagonist Spike Spiegel, having once been best friends before becoming bitter enemies after an incident involving a woman named Julia.
