Uther Pendragon is a relevant character and figure in the Arthurian lore. The father of Arthur Pendragon, and former ruler of Camelot, Uther is depicted as a strong king and defender of people. The resulted television series Merlin, features a different portrayal of the character, being one of the supportive figures, to one of the primary antagonists of the series. That said character also appears in the live-action storyline of the Non-Disney Villains Tournament.

Uther formely appears as the ruler of Camelot. After Dracula's fall from power, Uther's niece, Morgana Pendragon, makes her move by usurping him from his position, and declare herself as the new queen of Camelot. He is not featured for the rest of the series, leaving his fate unknown.
