When Morgana Pendragon ascends to the throne of Camelot, Tywin manages to get himself a powerful place in her alliance. When Prince Nuada, an up and comer in the alliance, begins advancing his position with Pendragon, Lannister arranges to have him "accidentally" killed in a jousting match with Gregor Clegane. Unfortunately for Lannister, Clegane ends up losing the match and his life.
