Truckle is a minor antagonist in the Wizard of Oz cartoon. One of the flying monkey generals, Truckle is a minor player in the Non Disney Villains Tournament.

After the death of the Wicked Witch of the East, Truckle, along with his partner, Gloom, travel to the Wicked Witch of the West in search of a job. She gives them a position and a task: eliminate Chase Young and Drago. Truckle sets his flying monkeys upon Drago, but the demon sorcerer blasts them down. Truckle himself sets out after the serpentine Chase Young, landing a solid punch to the face on the sorcerer. Young recovers and shoves Truckle aside. Outmatched, Truckle orders a retreat.
