Tron is the eponymous protagonist of the Disney's franchise Tron. A security program designed by his look-alike human programmer Alan Bradley, Tron is programmed to secure a massive network system known as the Grid from corrupted entities like Commander Sark or the MCP. He showns traits of battle and fight with the use of his Identity Disc, as well as loyalty towards his fellow programs and friends, fighting alongside with them to earn the freedom he desires. While Rinzler, Tron's twisted and malevolent form, appears in the second and third Disney Villains Wars, Tron's heroic character appears in the second Disney Heroes vs. Villains war as one of the prominent leaders of the hero resistance in the live-action universe.
