Tooley is the right hand of Abraham Kane and a secondary villain in the television series, Motorcity. Though, loyal and devoted servant to his master, Tooley has lack of self-consideration, leading him to make dimwitted actions, in several occasions. He is a secondary player in the third Disney vs. Non-Disney Villains War.

Tooley makes an appearance, when Kane decides to send Red on a mission to retrieve information, regarding about Bishop's motives. He is displeased over Red's assigment, though he changes his mind, after Kane puts him to place.
The Battle over the Delivery[]
He is later featured, when Kane decides to deal with Bishop personally, after his meeting with the Illuminati, was watched by Kane's rival, through a hacked camera. Unfortunately, Bishop escapes with the tape, leaving Kane to scream furiously, while Tooley looks on.
