Timothy Q. Mouse is a circus mouse who acts as a friend and mentor to the young elephant Dumbo. When Dumbo's mother, Mrs. Jumbo, was imprisoned by Frollo and Professor Ratigan, Timothy joined the League of Extraordinary Gentlemice to bring Ratigan to justice.
