The Toon Patrol

The Toon Patrol (consisting of Wise Guy [the leader], Greasy, Psycho, Wheezy, and Stupid) is the corrupt police force of Toon Town, a border town between the animated and live-action universes. They appear in both the Disney vs. Non-Disney Villains War and the Disney Villains War.

They first appear in the live-action/animated Disney film Who Framed Roger Rabbit?

Disney Vs Non Disney Villains

Against Holli Would

When club dancer Holli Would arrives in the live-action universe, Wise Guy and the other members of the Toon Patrol determine themselves to hunt her down. The weasels track her to an office building, but Would leads Wise Guy up the fire escape. She then boots him into a vat of the Dip, a toxic chemical capable of killing Toons. The Patrol ceases their pursuit with Wise Guy's death.

Disney Vs Non Disney Villains - Part Two

A Second Death

Wise Guy is either miraculously resurrected or cloned by Judge Doom in between the wars. For he and his weasels now serve as his underlings, prison guards in the judge's prison. The Patrol faces down Count Olaf and his assistant, the hook-handed man, as the two criminals attempt a jailbreak. Wise Guy threatens the hook-handed man, only to be decked. The rest of the patrol bursts into laughter, causing Doom to reveal their greatest weakness: laughter. Inspired, Olaf breaks into a horrendously bad comedy routine. The Toon Patrol, however, finds this hilarious. In the ensuing uproarious laughter, the souls of the toons separate themselves from the bodies, killing them all.

Disney Villains War

After the death of Sykes, the Toon Patrol takes a penchant to holding up criminals on the street. They break into the lair of the Beagle Boys, only for their foes to escape in a car. They get in their own ride and try to gun them down, but end up getting into a massive car crash. The Beagle Boys manage to survive; the Toon Patrol is not so lucky.
