The Sinister Six is a team of super-villains who are members of Spiderman's rogue gallery in the Marvel Universe. The group plays major roles in Disney vs Marvel Villains War and Cartoon Villains War, called The Insidious Six in the latter.
The faction has a minor role in Worst Heroes and Villains War Ever: The Sandbox, being part of the criminal underworld arc, being a somewhat larger group and called the Sinister Six Cartel.

Herbert Landon (A main benefactor and leader of the cartel, After his allies were falling, Miles Dredd launched his rays, finishing him off and eliminating his cartel from the path.)
Miranda Wilson (A cartel member and possible love interest of Landon, she was blindsided by Dr. Wasabi and disintegrated by one of his rays.)
Tombstone (A cartel member who was a very feared criminal possibly Landon's right hand man, is suffocated by a device of Erron Black dying)
Hydro-Man (A member of the cartel is petrified by the Black Pirate, possibly dying in the process.)
Prowler (Member of the cartel, after the attack of the Intruders to his team he was beaten by multiple enemies, his fate is unknown, possibly he is capo when his faction fell)
