Center Stage Bully
The Ringmaster is the main villain of the Disney's animated film, Dumbo. Though, not a classic villain by default or standards, the Ringmaster's actions and abusive methods to the Circus' animals, justify the reason of being featured as the villain of the film. He plays a minor role in the third Disney Villains War, while he also makes a minor appearance in the early events of Disney Heroes vs. Villains War.
