The Rescue Rangers are the rodent heroes, (mainly comprised by Chip, Dale, Gadget Hackwrench, Monterey Jack, and Zipper), united to make a stand against villainous forces, that threaten their homelands. First appearing as the primary heroic faction of the eponymous television series, Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers, the Rescue Rangers are also prominent players in the second Disney Heroes vs. Villains War, having also joined forces with Basil's League of Extraordinary Gentlemice, to increase their number and strenght. They are also confirmed to appear in the second Heroes vs. Villains War.
