The Empire is a superpower tyrannical and corrupt kingdom that serves as the main antagonistic faction of the Akame Ga Kill!. It made it's first appearance in Villains Battles 3.

The First Emperor (First Ruler of the Empire, apparently before the events he met Koschei and he killed him using his own robot guards against him.)
Emperor Levo (He is a descendant of the First Emperor who ruled the Empire, he rebels that he had a dispute with Koschei decades later and died during an assassination attempt by Koschei.)
Zeatrix (Daughter of Levo, she was apparently imprisoned and accused by Koschei to her father before he died in the attack.)
Beatrix (Another daughter of Levo, it is unknown what happened to her in the past after the death of her family.)
The Emperor (He was formerly the current ruler of the Empire and as he was another legitimate son of the last Emperor Levo, he was assassinated by Koschei and his allies after the conquest against his kingdom.)
Prime Minister Honest (Minister of the Empire and the true leader who ruled the empire manipulated by the last active heir of Levo, is assassinated by Moltor.)
