The Emperor is the ruler of China, likely considered as one of the powerful noble rulers of Han dynasty. A wise and benevolent man, the Emperor controls over a huge army, which they devote their life in protecting the Emperor's life and China's defenses. In spite of his near assassination by Shan-Yu, the Emperor was saved by the heroic warriors Mulan and Li Shang. First appearing in the Disney film Mulan and its subsequent film Mulan II, as well as making an appearance in the video game installment Kingdom Hearts II, the Emperor also appears in the first Heroes vs. Villains War and in the second Disney Heroes vs. Villains War as one of the chief officials of the Royal Council.
