The Beagle Boys are minor antagonists in the Disney animated universe, often acting as the henchmen of Pete or another villain or their mother. They play a minor role in the second Disney vs Non Disney Villains War.

Disney Vs Non Disney Villains - Part Two[]
The Beagle Boys, tasked with stealing Mok Swagger's super computer by Pete, arrive at Mok's base. Facing them are the Schlepper Brothers. Though the Beagle Boys prove immune to the hypnotic music of Mok's Edison balls, Toad activates the base's laser defense system. The Beagle Boys, stunned by the attack, are left open to fall into a trapdoor, also triggered by Toad.

Xanatos hires the Beagle Boys into his new criminal empire. His first job for them is the elimination of the Toon Patrol, a group of crooked cops in the way of his enterprises. The Toon Patrol, however, is also after the Beagle Boys on its own agenda. The Beagle Boys attempt to hide, due to their lack of guns. They therefore flee their headquarters in a car. Through some quick maneuvering, they manage to trigger a car crash in which they survive and the Toon Patrol does not.

Learning of the success Xanatos and his criminal empire had been having, Negaduck decided to organize a major diamond heist to upset the monopoly Xanatos had created. Negaduck and his gang, the Fearsome Five, discovered Xanatos' henchmen, the Beagle Boys, had also set their sights on the diamonds. Although the Boys managed to take out two of Negaduck's men, Megavolt and Bushroot, the crimeboss himself turned the tables with one of his blaster pistols and managed to escape with the goods, leaving the Beagle Boys to be picked up by the authorities.

Trying to steal for Pete[]
Feeling that he and the Beagle Boys had been missing out on the action after returning to the Animated Universe, Pete demanded an opportunity to prove himself. Shan Yu told him that Maleficent had been seeking someone to break into Grimhilde's castle and steal her magic potions, depriving her of her powers, and Pete sent the Beagle Boys to do the job. Finding Duke Igthorn's ogres guarding the castle, the Beagle Boys attempted to frighten them away with Pete masks, only for the ogres to close in. The Boys had better success by brandishing an arsenal of weapons at the ogres, causing them to flee in terror. Igthorn himself moved in, but the Boys managed to take out more of his ogre minions. Just as it seemed like Igthorn might be outmatched, Sarousch arrived to provide reinforcements. Distracting the Boys with his magic, Sarousch used the opportunity to activate a trapdoor under the Boys, dumping them in the moat.

Hearing about the Nightmare Enterprises, Pete sends the Beagle boys to still the book of the King Dedede. The King finally gets a monster Yamakage, but then the Beagle boys arrive in the King's Castle. Dedede decides to see Yamakage power's by taking out the Beagle Boys. Three against One who will be victorious?

The Beagle Boys, having survived their fight against Pikachu, are recruited by Shego into Cobra Commander and Dr. Drakken's alliance.
Vs Tracey[]
Shego transforms the Beagle Boys into their new forms, and send them to take out the Pokemon trainer known as Tracey. And even if Tracey's Scyther is strong, the Beagle Boys still have aces up their sleeves.

Shego has finally took down Pikachu, much to the delight of the Baroness and has the Beagle Boys keeping an eye on him inside his cell.

Drakken and Shego are shocked of the loss of Doctor Mindbender, and with their empire falling into pieces, they dispatch the Beagle Boys with a new challenging assignment.

Richie manages to sneak out of his prison cell with Drakken outside, but the Beagle Boys catch him and are not letting him get away, no matter what it takes. Can Richie easily outsmart these ridiculous criminal canines, even if he has to use two Pokémon?

The Beagle Boys respond to Drakken and Shego about Richie's escape as the two scold them, hoping that they better promise nothing like this would ever happen again.
