Being Freed

In the DvND universe, Goliath dies at some point prior to the second war. However, the criminal mastermind, David Xanatos, commissions the creation of a clone. Thailog is born as a result. However, Xanatos is unpleased with the final product and locks it away. Thailog, however, gains his freedom when Demona and Anton Sevarius free him while Xanatos is incapacitated.

A Mission from Cobra - Vs Daolon Wong and Coldstone

Sevarius introduces Thailog to Cobra Commander; the ruthless Cobra decides to put Thailog to the test. The target: Daolon Wong. As Thailog finds the Acolyte, Wong wastes no effort in knocking his rival down. Thailog, though, is an accurate shot, placing a blaster cannon round into Wong's behind. Wong knocks Thailog back yet again and breaks down a water tower; though the tower does not crush Thailog, he is swept away in the spilled water. As Thailog recovers, Daolon Wong summons the newly resurrected gargoyle, Coldstone. Yet Thailog swings this novelty into his advantage, tricking Coldstone into believing him the real Goliath. Coldstone was a friend of Goliath in a previous life. Enraged at being used, Coldstone turns on Wong. The Acolyte escapes, but Coldstone and Thailog form a fast friendship.

Own Interests

All the while, Thailog, Demona, and Destro scheme to take Cobra's faction down from inside out. During this time, Demona and Thailog grow closer together. After the Battle of New York, the three find themselves in control of Cobra Industries. Thailog certainly enjoys the newfound power.
