Sunblast is a powerful superhero who appeared in The Dreadful Dawn as the main antagonist and Penumbra's arch-enemy. He was the patron hero of Atreno City before he was defeated by Flug, Demencia, and 5.0.5. and given to Penumbra to help her learn how to cure the Numbra syndrome. He is a minor player in the third Villains Battles and a major player in Latin America Animated Villain War.

Finding out of the Saiyan Turles's death at the hands of Omni-Man, the superhero jerk known as Sunblast decided to prove his might to Pete and Yosemite Sam and join their faction by eliminating the threat Omni Man poses, thinking himself to be a worthy replacement for the deceased Turles and his minions. As he attacks Omni Man first, the other superhero is quick to respond with a strong punch, sending him flying onto the ground. As he regains conciousness, Sunblast prepares to punch Omni Man once again, only for the latter to grab hold of him and starts to squeeze his head. Sunblast tries to counter this by trying to punch him from left to right, only for Omni Man to crush his skull, killing him.

The famous, but jerk superhero SunBlast notices that ex hero, Superbigote has started to caused trouble in his hometown. SunBlast decides to eliminate him, not because of the safety of the citizen, but because Bigote brings a bad name to superheroes. He then shows up and challanges to a fight and Bigote accepts, which one will win?
Joining P.E.A.C.E.[]
After killing his adversery, SunBlast gets a called from a businessman Elmer Cortez, who reveals that he is a member of the secret organization, P.E.A.C.E. and ask the hero to join the organization to keep the worlds from any dangers it may face.
