Waltolomew Stricklander, also more commonly known as Walter Strickler, is a major character in the Tales of Arcadia franchise.
He was a changeling troll who was created by Morgana, having swapped places with a human named Waltolemew Strickler to disguise himself as a human and fit into our society, but eventually changed his ways and started raising the familiars with Barbara Lake.
