The Star City is a fictional city, first appearing in the DC published comics, known as the home of several super-heroes known by, or affiliated with the Emerald Archer, Green Arrow. It is also known as a port city and a haven for artists in most of DC media. Bordered by the Pacific Ocean in the west, and in California in the east, the Star City has been occasionally threatened by villain forces, though it met resistance from super-heroes like Green Arrow. It also appears in the Non-Disney vs. DC Villains War, as one of the central locations, affiliated in the series.
