Sparky is one of the 625 experiments, created by Dr. Jumba, holding the title as Experiment 221, and a well-known cousin to the Experiment 626, Stitch. Notorious for causing disorder and chaos in the Hawaiian islands, with his electric abilities, Sparky's skills and abilities are put into good use, on the island resources, after a minor encounter with Stitch and his newfound friends, and instead of rampaging through the island, he chooses to help his cousins, on their purpose to protect the world from destroying it. He plays an efficient role in the second Disney Heroes vs. Villains War.
