Snitter is the second main protagonist of the short novel, Plague Dogs, and it's resulted film adaptation. A black and white fox terrier, Snitter once dreamed of a normal and peaceful life, under the protection of a kind master, before he would face the reality of living like a stray dog. Over the course of his original journey, he met and joined with Rowf and the Tod in an attempt to overcome his fears. He also appears as one of the major player in Heroes vs. Villains War, assisting the other animal heroes into the conflict against the villains, though usually following Rowf's actions to the point of abandoning the other heroes at critical situations.
