Slushy is an illegal alien experiment created by Dr. Jumba holding the title as Experiment 523, and a cousin of Stitch. First appearing from the Lilo and Stitch's television series, he is designed to be a freeze inducer, making mostly ice and snow. As his deep-freeze programming continues, he can make icy blizzards and mile-high snowdrifts at will. Slushy also appears in the second Disney Heroes vs. Villains as one among the experiments that became involved in the conflict between heroes and villains.
