Skulker is a ghost bounty hunter and a major antagonist in the television series, Danny Phantom. Skulker is a minor player in the second Disney Vs Non Disney Villains War.

An Introduction
Samhain introduces Skulker and his girlfriend, Ember, to his master, Eris. The ghost readies himself for the final battle with Hades.
The Battle of the Underworld
Eris's forces attack the Underworld in one all-out attack. Skulker proves one of the most lethal warriors in the battle, knocking aside both Doctor Facilier and Gaston. Though he is on the receiving end of a blow from the Weird Sisters, he finds greater success in a brawl with Nemesis. Nemesis dodges his first attack, a barrage of needles, even managing to knock the ghost down with a whip. But Skulker tosses a cosmic box at his rival, destroying her. Skulker is the only member of Eris's forces not killed by the battle's end.
Disney Vs Non-Disney Villains War - Part Three
Advertiser of a Match
Skulker appears briefly, as an advertiser of Aku, a powerful demon ruler. Learning of Aku's enemies, Skulker is sent in a pub, full of bounty hunters, to make an advertisement for a match against the Anti-Acolyte, Yono, who at the time was stambled in the current event, promising the hunters a massive reward for his elimination. Unfortunately for Skulker, Yono easily takes out the hunters, leaving Aku to deal with Yono personally. Skulker is not currently seen in the later events of the war.
