Advisor to the Phony King
Sir Hiss is the royal advisor of the phony king of England, Prince John. A sneaky and nasty serpentine henchman, who would become infuriated, whenever John constantly bullies him. Still, he supports John, even for his infliction for meanigless taxes to the poor people of Nottingham, or for the full preparation for approaching enemies, in the villains tournaments.
He appears as the tertiary antagonist of the Disney's animated film, Robin Hood.
