The Villain Whose Name Isn't Shirley, or just Shirley for short, is the main antagonists of The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators, serving as an artificial villain made to evenly match Jimmy Neutron and Timmy Turner, only for him to be tossed aside when they find out that he wasn't programmed to be evil, and got revenge by nearly destroying their universes, only for all to be forgiven and them to become real friends afterwards, as Shirley then became a small family restraunt owner. Thus far, Shirley hasn't appeared in any villain wars, however there currently are plans to introduce him as one of the most powerful robots in Doofenshmirtz Evil Incorporated in Villains War: The Age of Animation.
