Seymour Guado is a major antagonist in the video game, Final Fantasy X, acting as the most ubiquitous force of corruption throughout the game. Seymour is a minor player in the Video Game Villains War.

Seymour encounters the powerful villain, Sephiroth, when the latter is trying to find information about his "mother," JENOVA. Seymour offers insight as to JENOVA's location and a potential alliance, only to have his aides attack Sephiroth when he is unprepared. Seymour himself tries to encase Sephiroth in a cylinder of ice, but the attempt fails. Sephiroth easily cuts down Seymour's henchmen before poisoning the Guado with a lethal toxin. Seymour summons a massive monster called Anima in order to stop Sephiroth, but the enhanced SOLDIER kills it and Seymour with very little effort.
