Scuttle is a seagull living on the Danish coastline and an old friend of the mermaid Ariel. Though he considers himself an expert on human behavior, his "facts" are more often than not faulty. Nonetheless, he helps Ariel battle the forces of evil in Disney Heroes vs Villains.
