Scortch

Scortch is one of the primary locations of the Ralph Bakshi's animated feature film Wizards. Based and modeled after Germany, particularly Berlin, during the World War II stages, Scortch is a large wasteland, as well as a city, mainly populated by men and mutants, led by the ruthless mutant dictator Blackwolf. While not featured or mentioned physically in the villain tournaments, Scortch is displayed by the existence of Blackwolf's fortress, in which it appears as one of the minor, yet efficient, locations of the series.
