The Scientist Syndicate is a faction composed of scientists and evil geniuses who appear in Animated VS Video Game Villains War and in Animated vs CGI Villains War being led by Dr. Wily and Dr. Doofenshmirtz.
The faction has a return under the name League of Evil Geniuses in Latin America Animated Villain War.
