Rosy is the secondary heroine of the first Balto film. The pet owner of Jenna, Rosy is a small child, who once became severly ill. Due to her condition, Jenna, Steele, Balto and several other wolf-dogs set to find a cure for the child. Eventually, Balto cured her from her sickness and Rosy thanked Balto for his services. It was revealed that Rosy acted as the respective narrator of the original movie, though her real life counterpart was set in the live-action universe rather than the animated universe itself. Rosy is featured in Heroes vs. Villains War, as one of the multiple children captured by the Coachman and his forces.
