Ronald Bilius "Ron" Weasley (born March 1, 1980) is the deuteragonist of the Harry Potter series.
He is the sixth child and youngest son of Molly and Arthur Weasley, the younger brother of Bill, Charlie, Percy, Fred, and George, and the older brother of Ginny. Ron and his family live in The Burrow, where Harry Potter and Hermione Granger stay quite often. Ron began attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 1991 and was sorted into Gryffindor house. He soon became best friends with fellow student Harry and later Hermione, who also became his girlfriend and later wife, with the couple having two children, Rose and Hugo.
