Rhoga and Thudd are the secondary antagonists of the animated movie Dinotopia: Quest for the Ruby Sunstone. Rhoga is a big-head Parasaurolophus, while Thudd is a dimwitted Euoplocephalus. Initially, serving as workers in a junkyard, Rhoga and Thudd's ambitions of "treasure hunting" led them to release the wicked warrior, Ogthar, out of his imprisoment, and since then they became his primary minions. They are secondary players in Heroes vs. Villains War.
