Reckless Dash Emperor Exhaus is the true villain of Carranger, who allies himself with the Universal Reckless Driving Tribe Bowzock to do his dirty work, believing them in having a common goal. He appears as a massive being in space, so large that he can hold the Bowzock's entire orb-like satellite in the palm of his hand. His ultimate plan was to build a giant road for aliens across the Milky Way, and to destroy Earth because it was in the way of the road. Though he initially does not tell the Bowzock of the plan he does so eventually to gain their support, telling them that with more roads, they would possess more area to run amuck upon.

Tor Valum was an ancient being born from the evil energy of the Ancient Evil as Horde Prime who resided on the dark planet Remnicore, where he began to manifest the power of the dark side of the force and encouraging some to fall into it over the years, lurking in the shadows among the ruins of an ancient structure that later became a Sith temple during the Old Republic Era. Several millennia before the reign of the Galactic Empire, Tor Valum met the two Jedi Knights Revan and Malak during his search for the Sith Empire, something the former would later recount and describe for a holographic recording in his holocron.
Much later, during the Imperial Age, Tor Valum is Palpatine's teacher and instructed him in the dark side so that the Galactic Empire was born while in the form he leads the Order of the Sith that he liberated with his servant in the shadows, well until that Palpatine was assassinated... and another new user of the dark side will take the empire for the least by presiding over the dark council
