Prydain is the fictional setting of Lloyd Alexander's novel, The Chronicles of Prydain, and its resulted Disney film adaptation, The Black Cauldron. Based on the geography landmark of Britain and Wales and inspired by the Welsh mythology, Prydain is a fantasy realm, ruled by a sophisticated leader. However, it is threatened by evil forces including Arawn and his champion, the Horned King.
Prydain also appears in the villains tournaments, mostly featuring the Horned King's citadel (the latter located at Annuvin), and the Marshes of Morva, as parts of the setting, and the only sight seen, by its perspective of the creator of the tournament, is Heroes vs. Villains, where it features the forests of Prydain in the beginning of the war.
