In Greek Legend, Prometheus is the god who stole the fire from Gods to give it to humanity. As a punishment, Prometheus was chained into a cliffside, where an eagle would eat his liver everyday. Prometheus appears in a flashback as the creator of Malmoth in Worst Hero And Villain War Ever, his footage being from a russian animated short Prometheus from 1974.

Prometheus is directly responsible for the birth of lord of darkness, and the Big Evil of the War, Malmoth, by stealing the fire from Gods. Before becoming an element, all Fire was sentient, and Malmoth the Godly Fire was not allowed to re-enter the heavens as a result of Prometheus's actions, while Prometheus was punished by being chained in the cliffside.
