Profion is the main antagonist of the movie, Dungeons and Dragons. An evil wizard notorious for his hammy acting, Profion is a minor player in the Non Disney Villains Tournament.

Profion allies with the Wicked Witch of the West and Queen Bavmorda in the hopes of taking over the world while the One Ring has disappeared. He briefly vanishes, while gathering his armies for war. When he returns, the Wicked Witch of the West has been teleported to the animated universe and Bavmorda has turned traitor. Profion returns to his own castle, only for Durza, one of Bavmorda's new allies, to mock him. Profion, overacting as usual, tries to strike him down, but Durza evaporates into smoke and returns with an army of Urgals at his command. The Urgals break into Profion's castle, forcing him to summon his army of dragons to stop them. Monologuing as the dragons rain fire down on his foes, Profion is ill-prepared to take on Durza's own Dark Beast, which devours him.
