Hired as new guards of Kent Mansley's facility prison, Dementor and his henchmen are tasked to keep an eye on Zartan, a prisoner from the previous war. Matters get worse, when Zartan's employer, Cobra Commander, arrives to free him. Dementor initially calls upon his henchmen to deal with Commander, only for Cobra to call upon his own soldiers, knocking them out in number.
