Professor Archimedes Q. Porter (not to be confused with Merlin's owl Archimedes) is the father of Jane Porter and a zoologist who traveled to Africa to study the native gorillas, staying after encountering the wild Tarzan. He helps Tarzan and Jane defend their jungle home from the forces of evil in Disney Heroes vs Villains.
