President

The President is a minor character in the Ralph Bakshi's animated film, Wizards. The father of Elinore, the President does not have fighting potential, leaving his position threatened by the forces of evil, including the "Mutant Wizard" Blackwolf, and his top assassin Necron 99. He makes a minor appearance in Heroes vs. Villains War.
