The Pink Elephants are hallunications, created by the results of alcohol, drunk by Dumbo and Timothy Mouse. They are the tertiary antagonists in the animated film, "Dumbo", although they may be the secondary antagonists, considering the fact that the Ringmaster, the secondary antagonist for the first half of the movie has a small role and reforms at the end. The Pink Elephants are considered as one of the most disturbing creatures in the Disney franchise, since their actions and personalities are in fact the results of alcohol consumption. While the Pink Elephants play a minor role in Disney Villains War - Part Two, they play a major role in Disney Heroes vs. Villains War and in Heroes vs. Villains War.

An wish of Abis Mal
Abis Mal decided to make his second official wish, asking for an army of magical elephants to assault Agrabah. Again frustrated that his "master" wasn't taking the big picture into account, Jafar decided to teach him a lesson by summoning the bizarre Pink Elephants and the equally surreal Heffalumps and Woozles. Abis Mal was terrified at the sight of these strange creatures, especially as they turned on each other. They began popping each other like balloons and beating each other with cymbals. One elephant even conjured up thunderbolts and began throwing them at Abis Mal. As the elephants continued battling each other, Jafar had had enough and unleashed a magical blast that destroyed the elephants. With two wishes having been spent, Jafar warned Abis Mal to take his time with the third one or he would regret it.

Coachman's circus show
At the Coachman's circus, the children were enthralled as Stromboli introduced them to the night's main event: a magic show by the famous Sarousch. The show began harmless enough, with Sarousch performing simple tricks, but everything changed when he demonstrated his conjuring skills by calling forth the mischievous Pink Elephants, along with several other fuzzy childish monsters. As the children watched with a mixture of fear and delight, the Elephants were joined in their performance by a group of sinister clowns.
Battle of the Circus
Seeing Lumpjaw fall, Sarousch used his tricks and illusions to summon the Pink Elephants and the Heffalumps and Woozles to even the odds. Jaq and Gus rallied some of the circus mice to counter this new threat, but the Jack in the Box stepped in, knocking the mice away with his fists.When Dumbo knocked out Lumpjaw again, Sarousch summoned more of the Pink Elephants, Heffalumps, and Woozles, which managed to wound several of the heroes. While Stitch was able to break through their ranks, he was crushed by the elephants.Sarouch's summoned demons disappeared before they were crushed, and the heroes also managed to escape in the chaos.
