Philosopher's Stone

The Philosopher's Stone as it appears from the Fullmetal Alchemist series.

The Philosopher's Stone is a prime source material solely existing in myths and legends. A legendary alchemical substance, the Stone is said to have incredible capabilities like rejunevating and achieving immortality, thus its alternate name; the "Elixir of Life". It is mainly sought through the use of alchemy, as well as being the central symbol of the mystical terminology of the said subject, symbolizing perfection at its finest, enlightenment, and heavenly bliss.

As such the concept of the Philosopher's stone passed on as a source material to modern fictional works, most notably the J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter's franchise, the Hiromu Arakawa's Fullmetal Alchemist's manga and resulted anime adaptations, and the Disney's Aladdin's television series, where it is featured as one of the prime materials in each series respectively.

Regarding the villain tournaments, the Philosopher's stone appears in Disney vs. Marvel Villains and Disney vs. Non-Disney Villains as one of the prime materials, with the footage of the legendary substance taken from the Aladdin television series to represent its existence. It is also featured in the Non-Disney Villains Tournament, with the footage taken from the anime Fullmetal Alchemist being used to represent its existence and purpose in the series. It was also mentioned in Heroes vs. Villains War by Ogthar, who revealed the true element of the "Ruby Sunstone", being a fragment of the Stone.
