The Phantom Virus is a menacing virtual virus ghost and the central antagonist of the Scooby-Doo franchise's 9th feature film Scooby-Doo and the Cyber Chase. The Virus is a minor player in the Non Disney Villains Tournament.
Non Disney Villains Tournament
Created by Professor Ibsen and Vlad Masters, the Phantom Virus is sent after the Wicked Witch of the East. Upon meeting the witch, the Virus is quickly stunned by a blast of her magic and is later spun dizzy by a magical tornado. Right when the wiitch is about to fire a killing curse, the Phantom Virus electrocutes her hand. The virus successfully dodges the witch's other attacks, laying her flat with a lethal electric blast.
