Peaches is the ruler of Heck in Rocko's Modern Life and happens to be the lesser-known Cousin of Hades.
In "War of the Villains", Hades was displeased with Peaches for he had no one to suffer his reign of torment in over 18 years. Peaches tried to do away with Hades by frightening him off, but Hades was unamused and blasted Peaches with a ray of fire.
